MadMic Terms of Service

Welcome to MadMic. By accessing or using madmic.io (the “Service”), provided by 8482 LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business or workspace you connect to the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity conducted under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Workspaces & Content
The Service organizes content under workspaces. You retain all rights to the videos, captions, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transcode, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf — including publishing approved content to third-party platforms you connect (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, podcasts, and others).
4. Connected Third-Party Accounts
When you connect a third-party platform via OAuth, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the scopes granted at consent. We store the resulting tokens encrypted and use them only to perform the actions you initiate in the Service (publishing posts, reading metrics, refreshing access). You can disconnect any platform at any time from your workspace’s Admin → Integrations panel.
5. Compliance with Platform Terms
Your use of any connected third-party platform through MadMic is also governed by that platform’s own terms and policies, including (as applicable) the Meta Platform Terms, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the X/Twitter Developer Agreement, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and the YouTube Terms of Service together with the Google Privacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with a platform’s terms as to your use of that platform, the platform’s terms control for that platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and authorization to publish content to each account you connect.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to publish content that violates law or any connected platform’s terms; (b) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) attempt to access another workspace’s data; (d) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure.
7. Fees & Subscriptions
Paid features are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at signup or upgrade. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, we will delete or return your content per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that third-party platforms will accept any particular publish request.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
